1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and engaging Tiny Talkies for video production, conceptual ads, TVCs, or branding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Tiny Talkies provides professional video production, post-production, creative direction, and advertising services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract provided prior to the commencement of any production.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Upon full payment of the project invoice, the client receives the agreed-upon usage rights for the final video deliverables. However, Tiny Talkies retains the right to use the final produced content, behind-the-scenes footage, and project assets for our own promotional purposes, portfolio, and showreels, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prohibiting such use. We do not release raw project files (such as Premiere Pro or After Effects files) unless explicitly agreed upon in the initial contract.
4. Revisions and Modifications
We strive for creative excellence in every frame. Each project includes a predetermined number of revision rounds during the post-production phase, as specified in your contract. Any additional revisions, reshoots, or structural changes requested after the final sign-off or beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly or day rates.
5. Payment Terms and Cancellations
Production requires significant upfront resources. We typically require a non-refundable advance deposit to secure shooting dates and begin pre-production. If a project is cancelled by the client after pre-production has begun or shoot dates are booked, the client remains responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including crew cancellation fees and location costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution during production, Tiny Talkies is not liable for project delays caused by severe weather, force majeure, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
